On my own account
It is most important to me to breed healthy, sound and typeful Coonies. Their parents are chosen carefully and are tested for HCM (repeatedly), PKD and HD.
The kittens are brought up in a loving environment within the family and all cats in my cattery. It is very important to me to feed them with quality premium food. As soon as they can eat by themselves they also receive fresh meat daily. They have been wormed several times, vaccinated, microchipped and are brought to their new owners with the FFH (FIFE) pedigree. They are desexed and go to cat enthusiasts. However this effort does have its price:
In exceptional cases, with particular references and only from proved pairings I am willing to give kittens for breeding purposes. These catteries of course do have to act on the same standards and equal ethic principles.
